So I know you can be billed for false fire alarm, but what about an actual fire alert?

The school after care program got filled with smoke after a mitten was left on the electric stove. It didn't catch fire, but it filled the place with smoke and eventually the alarm went off. Firemen came. When this happens what type of bill is involved? and Usually how much is it?So I know you can be billed for false fire alarm, but what about an actual fire alert?
No, where there's smoke there is danger. False would be if there was no smoke at all!
