Satan, the beast and the false prophet will burn in the lake of fire ... for eternity?

Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

for ever and ever ... this means eternity. The lake of fire is eternal and is meant only for satan, his beast and his false prophet. The unholy trinity trying to shadow the Holy Trinity.

Christians jews : I welcome your opinions and thoughts on this matter but they must be biblical. Pls quote the bible.Satan, the beast and the false prophet will burn in the lake of fire ... for eternity?
I am a follower of Christ and myself beleive that the lake of fire is also just for satan and his own. However I have never thought of it in the light that you have put it. ';the unholy trinity trying to shadow the holy trinity'; Which makes sense because that is what satan has always done, he mimics God. Very interesting!Satan, the beast and the false prophet will burn in the lake of fire ... for eternity?
I do not believe that God who is a God of mercy and love would get any pleasure out of anybody/anything suffering for eternity. You have to realize that interpretations and translations often get distorted through the years, it's my opinion that the word forever has different meanings. The Hebrew language has specific words that pinpoint the true meaning, unlike the English language. Some of the words for forever used in the Bible actually mean a specific amount of time set by God to accomplish His purpose. God is not constrained by time boundaries and limitations as we are being mortals. Time was created for us so we would have a reference point , this is a complex topic , i base my answer on my first statement about God being merciful and a God of love, the Bible says God is love. This is just my opinion.
Another book was opened, and all who were not found in the Book of Life were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Hell was created for the devil and his angels, but it is also reserved for the ungodly and those who reject Christ.
I'm not a Jew, but I can still help you.

Yes, Satan, the false prophets, and those whose names aren't written in the Lamb's Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire.
The smoke of their torture ascendeth forever and ever.

Revelation 14';11

Jesus will save all the church folks, and everybody else can go to hell ha-ha.

.
nothing more than the psychotic nightmares of a mentally challenged criminal in prison.
But God loves his creation??? Think again...
Revelation 20:14 also says: ';And death and Hades (Hell) were hurled into the lake of fire. THIS MEANS THE SECOND DEATH.'; Death cannot be burned in fire. Think about that.

Prior to death and hell being thrown into the lake of fire the Bible tells us that ';...the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Hades (Hell) gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds.'; (Rev. 20:13) Note that those dead in the sea and dead in Hell (Hades, the grave, the pit) are brought back to life. This is the resurrection that Jesus promised. Those resurrected will be judged according to their deeds. Then what happens next to death and Hades (Hell)? Verse 14 continues, ';And death and Hades (Hell) were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death.'; Death is destroyed along with Hades, or Hell, mankind's common grave. All the graves will be emptied and death will be no more. Revelation 21:4 explains the significance of this, saying, ';And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more; neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.'; The symbolism of fire and burning forever and ever shows that death and Hell (the grave) will be destroyed forever. Death cannot be burned neither can the grave. It's symbolic of everlasting destruction.
God eventually saves all of us from sin and punishment and shares His complete happy experience of eternity with everyone...

God reconciles all to Himself through Jesus Christ, Who makes peace through His shed blood and crucifixion (Col 1:20). Jesus is the Lamb of God Who takes away all the sins of all the world (Jn 1:29). The creation itself, also, shall be freed from the slavery of corruption into the glorious freedom of the children of God (Rom 8:21).

Hell's punishment is not forever but until the end of the eons - eonian punishment. People don't sin enough during their mortal lives for God to choose endless punishment besides it would spoil the future of eternity to have a section continually reserved for endless torture...

People are made by God to rebel against His ideal will for them and then offered a choice - forgiveness of their rebellion, or, punishment for their sins until they have paid the last 'penny'... After punishment, those who went through torture in hell come to realise they need faith on God to succeed in life and they are converted into God's kingdom so that they cease from sinning and are rewarded for their compliance...

There are two bible translations which uphold the doctrine of Universal Reconciliation with God, and the union of all beings into experience of God as the all in each of us. For a free download of these bibles you can try this website: http://www.scripture4all.org/
