She is a health worker and he falsely reported a HIPA violation of his patient rights by her reagrding a blood test (negative ) he took in the lab where she was fired from.. He has since fled the state and has also false reported to CPS and the police( all cases closed) additional allegations,regarding his childrens welfare who live with my roomate. Is this a crime? And how can we prosecute him?. Help! we are getting evicted because we cannot get my roomates job reinstated untill we prove to her em[ployer he is a malicious liar and continues to harrass us via telephone.My roomate has been fired due to false allegations by her son in law?
